Driftwood Motel

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but you will be pleased once you step inside. I checked in with an older Asian gentleman. He was very nice and let me know if I needed clean towels I could pick them up myself if I refused turn down service because only management had keys to the rooms, not the general cleaners. I had a king size single room. The bed was very comfortable with a pillow top cover. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room. The TV was 28" or 32" with basic cable. It is about 15-20 minutes from Buffalo where I was attending a wedding. Anytime I need a room in/near Buffalo or Niagara Falls (American side) I would not mind this great affordable place.

Fabulous stay! Been here in 2020 and now in 2025. The same level of excellent quality in both services and room cleanliness. Staff service is outstanding. They respond quickly to the questions with patience. Would recommend this place for sure! Please do stay here if you are in the area and if looking for a really good place with outstanding service and the best pricing.

We travel for work and this town is our home. When we're not able to bring out our rv from local storage, this is home away from home. Owner and his family are amazing. They go above and beyond to accommodate their guests.

We looked up reviews, on this motel and several other of the huge number of motels i n the area. The pics posted made us go take a look. If you are looking for an overpriced place with all the amenities, dont stop here. If you are satisfied with a super clean room for $45.00, this is the place. Our room had a really cute retro look. The owners were friendly and helpful. There was a small refrigerator and a spotlessly clean microwave. My husband is a trucker and we will be recommending this place to the other guys who pick up and deliver in Niagara Falls, and his company does often. Very happy with the accommodations

I was satisfied with the service I received. We checked in last minute after receiving horrible service at the motel we originally we’re going to stay at and the receptionist was extremely nice, we received a discount and since we had 2 rooms he made sure we could be right next to each other. The rooms were basic, mini fridge, microwave, somewhat spacious, the bathroom could use a little work at least the doors, but overall it was a comfortable stay. Quiet and near lots of stores and food down the road. I would consider staying again.

We were very pleased with our stay. There were six of us and we were able to stay in one room that had Three queen size beds and a futon. The room was very spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Was ABSOLUTELY STUNNED with how beautiful, classy the decor was- especially for the ultra-cheap price I paid! I have paid far more for far less pleasant stays. Room was clean, heater worked great, location great too. Place was not run-down like many other hotels in the area, and management was friendly and helpful. Will DEFINITELY return!

We loved our stay here! We booked three nights for Memorial Day weekend and it was the most charming motel with the kindest staff. We drove eight hours to get there and while we arrived past the time when we could check in our first night, the gentleman behind the counter said it was totally fine as he’d be there all night. The room was so charming-I adored the pastel furniture and bathroom and especially the spa tub! Absolutely no sign of bed bugs or bugs at all. We had trouble with hot water but as soon as we told the front desk, they fixed it for us and were very friendly the whole time. While the price was a bit steep, it was Memorial Day weekend and we booked late so that’s on us. Either way, we’d definitely come back and can’t express how great the staff was enough!

Small family friendly motel. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave. It doesn't have contenetal breakfast. We had two queen size beds which left very little walking space but the "kid" bed we were able to push against the wall which gave the adult bed more walking space. The bathroom was modern and every one was friendly. The door was a dead bolt which was nice because we kill magnetic cards lol. They do not clean your room while you are there inless you ask. Which made it feel safer.

Clean room and friendly.. I travel with work, I've had 200 hotels easily. I only leave reviews if they stand out in a good or bad way. This motel is great. I stayed at a different one, and the hot water didn't even come on till after 8 pm, and their heat was central heat, no thermostat in the room.. This hotel has great working heat and an AC. The carpet was clean, and the room actually smelled good. The man working was super friendly and nice, I loved that after calling around and getting one guy who didn't understand me and hung up on me. I'd stay longer if I could. You rarely find a nice motel for this price with friendly people. Oh, and he beat the priceline price. They were higher, actually.
